Greenlight Networks is an other place in Vestal, New York. It is listed at 4100 Vestal Rd Ste 206, Vestal, NY 13850, which places it among the local businesses of Vestal that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Places that do not fit a cafe, bakery, tea, breakfast or nearby-store category land here: tourist attractions, parks and museums with a cafe on site, and unrelated businesses that came in through an import or a Google Maps match. Attraction cafes usually keep the venue's hours and may require admission to reach, so check before making the trip; park kiosks and museum coffee counters are often seasonal. Other listings are kept so that an old address or phone number still resolves and can be re-filed into the right category later.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 8 am–8 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (607) 775-9206. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, greenlightnetworks.com.
With 4.0 out of 5 on Google from 106 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for other places in Vestal. Recent reviews are the best guide.
Vestal is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Vestal follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Switched over from Spectrum three months ago, and honestly I was hoping for a better experience. Install went smooth, but later the same day we started experiencing connectivity issues. Technician came out and replaced the modem with a new one and added an extender. Unfortunately the extender drops connection on a regular basis. Called again, and now they are mailing me a new extender because mine is “obsolete.” They could not tell me why they gave me an old model just 3 months ago. Overall, just an average experience.

Read the reviews! Zero accountability. Zero credibility. They outsource scheduling installation services and there’s poor communication between the two companies. No-show when you’re scheduled then they start a secret clock and hit you with a non refundable cancellation fee. I didn’t cancel. They failed to deliver. And I paid for it. Read the reviews, this is a pattern, not a fluke. Update: Spoke to team lead about the $100 refund, since I never cancelled a service they have yet to provide since they did not show up on interior installation day. Team lead said sorry you unaware of the time line. Admitted poor communication with the “door to door” and said we’ll waive the install fee. Since you paid a cancellation fee. My original agreement with the “door to door” rep was no install fee and a $200 gift card. No thank you. I own my home and have had spectrum for 20 years. Greenlight did not care to resolve the situation for a potential long term customer. Went to the Better Business Bureau website and realized they are NOT even accredited. Lesson learned. Do you your research. You’ve been warned.

Scheduled a six-hour installation window. No one showed up. The rep who signed me up (out of office install day) eventually told me to call customer service. I figured I’d call back when I had another full day free, then a crew showed up unannounced and installed fiber to the exterior of my house without my knowledge. What they failed to mention? A secret 30-day clock starts ticking from the moment they “complete” the interior install, the appointment they ghosted me on. Life happens. I had work, family, and travel. After 30 days they hit me with a $100 cancellation fee, then had the nerve to say there would be no installation fee if I’d still like to have service with them. Because the CDC fee covered it. Four reps later, I’m still waiting for a team lead to call me. I also learned they outsource scheduling to a third party that has zero direct communication with Greenlight. So when you think you’re talking to Greenlight, you’re not. When something goes wrong, no one is accountable. They no-showed, showed up unannounced, ran out the clock, charged me $100, denied my refund, and still want my business. 8+ hours and $100 gone. Do not use this company.

It's been over a year since I switched from Spectrum to Greenlight and not a single connectivity or speed issue. Spectrum gave me issues weekly for 7 years. Great company and product, highly recommended.

There was an awesome promo going on, free install and $100 Amazon gift card! Too good to be true right? RIGHT! Charged me 170 dollars for install and never gave the gift card. I emailed and called and both times asked for a promo code I don’t have and was never given. Disconnected services right away. I have barely used them and they already scammed me out of money. I wouldn’t recommended them ever. Everywhere else has their problems but at least they have followed through on their promotions. Just skip the hassle.
